The pictures show strap mounts to fasten around pannier racks or in the case of the "Hold Stuff" Bags, around handlebars etc. The single black pannier was done for a Triumph Street Scrambler with high exhausts on one side, so a single bag was the option. The matching red luggage on the red Triumph Scrambler has a mount that fits over the side rack and then securing straps to hold the pannier in place.
